Introduction

Welcome to the Taurus Roofing & Siding Referral Program. By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Participation in the referral program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

1.2. Employees of Taurus Roofing & Siding, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Program Overview

2.1. The referral program allows participants to earn rewards by referring new customers to Taurus Roofing & Siding.

2.2. A successful referral is defined as a new customer who has not previously used Taurus Roofing & Siding’s services, completes a roofing replacement project, and fully pays for the services rendered.

2.3. For each successful referral, participants will receive a $1,000 reward in the form of a coupon, which can be traded in for cash or used toward future Taurus Roofing & Siding services.

2.4. The "Three for Five: Roofing Referral Cash" program allows participants to earn a $5,000 reward for three successful referrals, with the same terms and conditions as outlined above.

3. Referral Process

3.1. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form on the Taurus Roofing & Siding website.

3.2. The referred customer must mention the participant’s name at the time of their initial contact with Taurus Roofing & Siding for the referral to be valid.

3.3. Participants can make an unlimited number of referrals. There is no cap on the number of rewards a participant can earn through the program.

3.4. Participants are encouraged to track their referrals and their status through their account on the Taurus Roofing & Siding website, ensuring they stay updated on their potential rewards.

4. Reward Redemption

4.1. Coupons issued for successful referrals can be traded in for $1,000 each or participants can choose to accumulate three coupons and trade them in together for a $5,000 reward.

4.2. Coupons are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, they will expire and cannot be redeemed.

4.3. Participants may choose to redeem their coupons individually or save them to maximize their reward. Once three coupons are accumulated, they can be exchanged for the $5,000 reward instead of $1,000 each.

4.4. There is no limit on the number of coupons a participant can earn. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any other type of reward or service, except as explicitly stated in these terms.

5. General Conditions

5.1. Taurus Roofing & Siding reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.

5.2. In the event of any dispute regarding the referral program or these terms, Taurus Roofing & Siding's decision will be final and binding.

5.3. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of all rewards.

5.4. By participating in the referral program, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Taurus Roofing & Siding will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the referral program.

6.2. Participants assume all risks associated with the referral program, including but not limited to any loss of rewards due to technical errors or program modifications.

7. Privacy

7.1. Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the referral program and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for program administration.

7.2. By participating in the referral program, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Taurus Roofing & Siding's Privacy Policy.
