Program Overview
The Taurus Roofing & Siding Referral Program ("Program") rewards existing and past customers for referring new customers to our roofing services. By participating in this Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be a resident of Illinois
- Cannot refer yourself or members of your household
- Taurus Roofing employees and their immediate family members are not eligible
How to Participate
- Submit your referral through our website or by calling our office
- Your referral must be a new customer who has not previously received a quote from us
- The referral must mention your name when scheduling their estimate
- The referral must complete a roofing project of $3,000 or more
Reward Structure
Referral rewards are paid as follows:
- $100 per completed referral
- $500 bonus upon completion of your 3rd referral (total: $800)
- $1,000 bonus upon completion of your 5th referral (total: $1,500)
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. After reaching milestone bonuses, you will continue to earn $100 per completed referral.
Payment Terms
- Rewards are paid within 30 days of project completion
- Payment is made by check mailed to your address on file
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on referral rewards
- A W-9 form may be required for rewards exceeding $600 annually
Disqualifications
A referral may be disqualified if:
- The referred customer has previously received a quote from us
- The referral is a member of your household
- The project value is under $3,000
- The referred customer cancels their project
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
Program Changes
Taurus Roofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time without notice. Changes will not affect rewards already earned for completed referrals.
