Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Taurus Roofing & Siding ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
Taurus Roofing & Siding provides roofing, siding, and related construction services to residential and commercial customers. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Roof installation and replacement
- Roof repair and maintenance
- Emergency roofing services
- Siding installation and repair
- Gutter installation and repair
- Tuckpointing and masonry services
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Taurus Roofing & Siding are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may be subject to change based on actual site conditions, material costs, or additional work discovered during the project.
Warranties
Taurus Roofing & Siding offers workmanship warranties on all services performed. The specific warranty terms will be provided in writing as part of your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available for qualified customers.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access
By scheduling services, you grant Taurus Roofing & Siding and its employees access to your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area.
Insurance
Taurus Roofing & Siding maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taurus Roofing & Siding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
Permits and Compliance
Taurus Roofing & Siding will obtain all necessary permits for work performed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All work will be performed in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Illinois law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
