What you'll do
- Lead jobsite setup including safety perimeter, staging, and debris management
- Directly supervise install work, catching and correcting issues before they become callbacks
- Be the on-site point of contact for the homeowner and project estimator
- Complete daily production reports with photos, materials used, and hours worked
- Mentor newer installers — you're the senior voice on the crew
- Own quality control on every job you touch; we're known for our workmanship
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of residential and/or commercial roofing installation experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead a 3-5 person crew
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
- Comfortable reading blueprints, takeoffs, and manufacturer installation guides
- Valid driver's license — you'll drive the crew truck to and from jobsites
- Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
Education: high school. Experience: 5+ years preferred.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some storm-response weekends with OT pay)
