Roofing Installer / Technician
Join our install crews building and repairing residential and commercial roofs across Chicagoland. Experience preferred but we train the right attitude.

What you'll do
- Install asphalt shingles, flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen), and metal roofs to manufacturer specifications
- Tear off existing roofs safely and efficiently, protecting the customer's property
- Work as part of a 3-5 person crew under a foreman's direction
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols including harnessing, ladder placement, and debris containment
- Communicate clearly with the crew and report issues before they become problems
What we're looking for
- Comfortable working at heights with proper fall protection
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Frankfort-area yards
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors year-round
- Basic English communication for jobsite safety briefings
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to earn within 60 days)
Education: high school. Experience: 1+ year preferred.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays during storm-response season)
