What you'll do
- Run 3-5 in-home consultations per day across the south Chicago suburbs
- Conduct thorough roof inspections, document conditions with photos and measurements
- Prepare accurate written estimates using our pricing tools
- Walk homeowners through material options, financing, and timeline
- Close deals on first or second appointment with honest pricing (no gimmicks)
- Coordinate with production team on scheduling and scope handoff
What we're looking for
- 2+ years sales experience (roofing, home improvement, or adjacent trades preferred)
- Comfortable climbing ladders to inspect roofs (harness provided for steep pitches)
- Valid driver's license, clean record, and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong written communication — you'll prepare contracts and scope-of-work documents
- Familiarity with insurance-claim processes a plus (adjuster meetings, Xactimate)
Education: high school. Experience: 2+ years preferred.
